During the High Holiday season Jewish tradition calls upon us to pay homage to our loved ones who have died. As a sign of continuity from generation to generation we visit the graves of our family.
In honor of this important tradition, the Sharon Memorial Park annual High Holiday Memorial Service was held outdoors at the beautiful and serene Jacob Grossman Memorial Chapel in the Woods on Sunday, October 6th. The service was conducted by Rabbi Emily Lipof.
We always welcome our entire community regardless of whether you have a loved one interred at Sharon Memorial Park. You are invited each year to join us for this special service as we remember and honor our loved ones and the six million lost in the Holocaust.
