Annual
Memorial Service
During
the High Holiday season Jewish tradition calls upon us to pay homage to
our loved ones who have died. As
a sign of continuity from generation to generation we visit the graves of
our family.
Each
year in honor of this important tradition, the Sharon Memorial Park annual
High Holiday Memorial Service is held outdoors at the beautiful and serene
Jacob Grossman Memorial Chapel in
the Woods. This short but
meaningful service is conducted by a Rabbi and Cantor and takes place on
the Sunday between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. It is open to the entire
community regardless of whether you have a loved one interred at Sharon
Memorial Park.
We
invite you to join us for this meaningful service as we remember and honor
our loved ones and the six million lost in the Holocaust.
- This
year’s service will be held on September
12, 2010
at 10:00 AM
